Authority to Work
If you have an application lodged with this Board and have an opportunity for employment in a salon whilst your application is being processed, you may apply for an Authority to Work in that salon. Forms may be obtained from the Board's office on the First Floor, 46 Salvado Road, Wembley, WA 6014. Tel 9381 9966. Alternatively, you can download the Authority to Work form here.
